CHETWODE ROOM

Forming the second section of the Dining Room and separated by double doors, the room has views over Green Park and is named for the longest-serving Chairman of the Club Field Marshal The Lord Chetwode. (A portrait of Lady Chetwode hangs in the entrance hallway).

Refurbished to a high standard in 2013, this room houses paintings and artefacts relating to the victory at Waterloo (1815).Full length bay windows, with balconies overlook the Terrace. The room can be used separately or as a reception room for the adjacent Peninsular room.

A magnificent room on the first floor of the Club overlooking Green Park and running the entire length of the building. The room benefits from high ceilings and impressive architectural details and limited access is also available to the balcony at the front of the building. The largest room in the Club is named after the origins of London's club land - the Coffee Houses of St. James's.

QUEEN ELIZABETH ROOM

The feature of the room is a renowned portrait of the Club's past Lady Patron - HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother painted by Norman Hepple. The room is a companion room to the Double Bridal room on the opposite side of a small entrance lobby and can accommodate similar numbers.

FIELD MARSHALS' ROOM

An imposing room on the Ground Floor of the Club benefitting from easy access to the Terrace via French doors. This room - originally one of the Club's Smoking Rooms - is now named for the impressive collection of portraits of Field Marshals hanging in the room - including a fine portrait of Field Marshal Haig. Ideal for receptions, lunches or dinners, the room also has the option of utilising a separate entrance on Piccadilly.
